Dividend
According to Taaleri's long term targets, the company distributes at least 50 percent of the financial year's profit as a dividend.
Deciding on dividend distribution
The General Meeting on 10 April 2024 decided according to the proposal of the Board of Directors that a dividend of EUR 1.00 per share be paid based on the balance sheet adopted for the financial year ended 31 December 2023. The dividend will be paid to shareholders who on the dividend record date of 12 April 2024 were entered as shareholders in the company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd. The dividend is to be paid on 19 April 2024.
