Taaleri is a financial group whose parent company Taaleri Plc is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki’s main market. The Taaleri Group comprises three business segments: Wealth Management, Financing, and Energy.
Taaleri Group’s turnover in 2017 was €81 million, it manages €6.0 billion in assets and its insurance portfolios stand at €1.6 billion at the end of June 2018. Taaleri has 4,100 shareholders.
The business of the Wealth Management segment comprises management of customer assets, mutual and private equity funds and direct investment activity. Our service is targeted at private individuals, institutional investors and companies. The customer count of the Wealth Management segment was about 4,600.
Our Financing segment comprises Garantia, which specialises in guaranty services. Garantia's range of products covers, among other things, loan guaranties for companies, commercial bonds, investment guaranties, residual value guaranties and residential mortgage guaranties offered to consumers through partners.
The Energy segment, which began its operations in the latter half of 2016, seeks new investment opportunities and develops international energy infrastructure projects. Its operations are based on the life-cycle model: The segment is responsible for seeking and selecting targets of development, project development, construction and operation all the way to the sale of energy plants.
The Group’s operational subsidiaries are Taaleri Wealth Management Ltd and its subsidiaries, Taaleri Private Equity Funds Ltd, Taaleri Investments Ltd, Taaleri Energia Oy and Garantia Insurance Company Ltd. In addition to this, Taaleri has the associated companies Fellow Finance Oyj and Ficolo Oy. Fellow Finance offers peer-to-peer lending services and Ficolo develops data centres.
