Change in Taaleri’s Executive Management Team
Titta Elomaa, member of Taaleri Plc’s Executive Management Team and CEO of Garantia Insurance Company, has announced that she will resign from her duties as CEO of Garantia. She has been responsible for Garantia’s operations since 2018. Elomaa will continue in her position in Taaleri’s Executive Management Team and as Garantia’s CEO until the end of 2023.
The Board of Directors of Garantia Insurance Company has decided to appoint M.Sc. (Econ.) Henrik Allonen as the company’s CEO starting 1 January 2024. At the same time, he will become a member of Taaleri Plc’s Executive Management Team. Allonen has acted as Garantia’s Chief Financial and Risk Officer since 2019 and as deputy CEO since 2021. Before his current position, Allonen has among others acted as Head of Credit Risk Analysis at Finnvera plc.
Elomaa is a candidate for Garantia’s Board of Directors for the next term in February 2024. The plan is that she would serve as Executive Chairperson of the Board to ensure the company's strategic growth and continuity.
