TAALERI RECORDS A EUR 5 MILLION CAPITAL GAIN AS A RESULT OF FELLOW FINANCE INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

Taaleri Plc has sold 813,262 shares in its associated company Fellow Finance Plc in connection to their First North IPO. After the transaction Taaleri’s shareholding in Fellow Finance, which offers a crowdfunding platform for companies and for consumers, will decrease to 26.0% from 45.7%.

Taaleri Oyj will record a capital gain of approximately EUR 5 million during the second half of 2018.

Taaleri’s long-term financial targets remain unchanged.
