Taaleri Plc is contemplating issuing Tier 2 Notes
Taaleri Plc is contemplating issuing Tier 2 notes of approximately EUR 15 million (the Tier 2 Notes). The aim is to issue the notes in the near future in accordance with the market situation.
The issuance of the Tier 2 Notes would strengthen the capital adequacy of the company and the proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes and for providing for the expiry of the permission under article 49(1) of the CRR granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority valid until 31 December 2020.
The Tier 2 Notes constitute a subordinated debt instrument, which is included in the Tier 2 capital referred to in Article 63 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the CRR).
The company has granted a mandate to Danske Bank to explore the market and arrange investor meetings and, if there is satisfactory market interest in the Tier 2 Notes, subsequently to act as the lead arranger of the Tier 2 Notes.
Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd acts as the legal advisor of the company.
